Two Secrets for Hitting Your Production Goals for the Rest of 2022
If you want to hit your production goals for the rest of 2022, here are two secrets for attracting more business. First, review your revenue goals and your business plan at least once daily. If you don’t already have a business plan in place, make one for the fourth quarter 2022 as well as working on your 2023 plan.

Second, clean out your office, your closet, or any place where there is too much stuff. You could also tackle your undeleted emails. It makes no difference where you start. Getting rid of old stuff creates room for new business to come in. The reason? One of the Principles of Attraction is that you cannot attract new business (or anything else you want for that matter) unless you have room in your life for it.
Now is a great time to clean house and make room for all the new business you need today to hit your goals tomorrow.
How to Experience More Abundance in Your Life
Have you ever wondered how someone who makes very little money can feel rich while someone who makes millions feels poor? The secret is not about how much money you have, but simply recognizing when you have more than you need. If you want to shift your mindset from the “I need more” to feeling abundant, here’s what to do.
First, make a list where you have more than you need. If you have a packed closet, a garage filled with items you’re not using, or more than enough money to cover expenses and recreation and still have money left over, those are areas where you have abundance. If you have good health, you love your job, and have a great family, those are areas where you also have abundance.
The second step is to recognize the difference between wants and needs. A “need” is something you absolutely must have such as food, water, shelter, clothing, and other basics.
A “want” is something you would like to have but isn’t really a need. For example, my car is six years old, however it only has 30,000 miles on it, it’s fun to drive, and is worth only about $5,000 less than I first paid for it. While I may want a new car, I really don’t need one. In fact, I realize by keeping my current car, I have a lot more money in my bank account (more abundance) to provide not only for my needs, but for some other wants that are more important to me than buying a new car.
The third step is to address those areas where you may be struggling. For example, if you’re experiencing a serious health problem, focus on the resources you do have—a doctor you trust, insurance, supportive friends and family, whatever it may be. Then remind yourself of the other areas where you DO have abundance. Use ALL these resources together to tackle the challenge you are facing.
No one has everything they want, but if you have everything you need with just a little bit left over, you really do have an abundant life—you just need to recognize it!
How to Overcome Your Fear of Rejection When Prospecting
If you want to make prospecting easier as well as more fun, treat it like you would any other game. Understanding the rules and knowing what strategies to apply in each situation is what allows you to win. Not knowing the rules will undermine your success.

A great analogy is a game of cards. For example, there are 52 cards in the deck—your job is to find the 4 aces that will do business with you now or in the future. There’s nothing wrong with the other “cards”—they’re just not what you’re looking for right now.
Consequently, when someone says “no,” just remind yourself this person is a “discard” not an “ace.” In contrast, search for and “save” your aces—they’re the ones who will put a “pot of gold” in your pocket.
Keep Your Tech Out of Your Bedroom
If you’re like most agents, keeping your technology out of your bedroom may sound like crazy advice. The question is, does your bedroom feel calm and relaxing? If you have an office, is it easy for you to work or is it filled with distractions? The key step here is to match the energy with the activity.
Consequently, your bedroom will be a place to feel happy, calm, and relaxed. If you work on your laptop computer, pay bills, or do other types of work in this area, you’re now bringing in a “work” energy that would be more appropriate in a different part of your home.
If your work area is cluttered with family pictures and items that distract you from working, put them elsewhere.
So, here’s the bottom line: keep your work out of your bedroom and your personal items out of your work area. Keeping them separate is the best way to take full advantage of both areas.
How to Avoid a Huge Marketing Mistake Most Agents Make
Whether you’re posting a video to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, many people view online videos without the sound, especially if they’re at work. In fact, estimates about how many viewers on Facebook listen to videos without using the sound have been as high as 90 percent.
The bottom line is that if you fail to have your name, phone number, city, and state posted on not only the video site, but embedded directly in the video feed of the video, not just the soundtrack, there’s no way that potential lead will be able to contact you.
Consequently, regardless of whether you shoot the video yourself or hire a videographer, be sure to include your phone number plus the property’s street address, city, state, and zip code embedded as a clear image in the video as well as on the site where the video is being hosted.
Using this approach in conjunction with tagging will make it easier for potential clients to find you. It will also help you improve your search engine results as well.
