As 2022 winds down, this is a great time to take stock of how well you performed this year, what worked, what didn’t work, as well as evaluating the goals you set for your personal well-being as well as family and/or other loved ones. 
Before the end of the year, take 15 to 20 minutes to go through where each of your deals originated as well as their geographical location. Then ask yourself, “What can I do to get more business in these areas and from these types of clients?”
Next, jot down 5-10 of your favorite memories from 2022. What did you do, where did you go, and who were you with? Plan on spending more time doing those types of fun things in 2023.
The simple secret of success is to focus on growing using your strengths and spending as much time in your personal life doing what you love to do. It’s the best way to build your business now and to have a great personal life throughout 2023.
