On Wednesday June 14, 2023, we launched our new initiative that includes our new website, RealEstateWealthForWomen.com. We have three major goals we hope to achieve:

• First and foremost, we want to help more women (and men) become homeowners. We have a wealth of resources about fantastic loan programs where you can qualify for a mortgage in a wide variety of ways, not just with W-2 income. We also show both first-time buyers and repeat buyers how they can obtain an average of $17,000 in down payment assistance, how to tell whether it’s cheaper to buy or rent, plus providing a wealth of other useful homebuyer tools. All these resources are available at no charge.
• Our second goal is to help our users build their financial independence, have a great retirement income, and create intergenerational wealth through real estate investing. We’ll show you how to get started investing with as little as $10.00, steps for eliminating your credit card debt, how to stop borrowing and start lending using crowdfunding, syndication, and private debt funds, plus giving you access to leading investment and tax experts to help you on your journey.
• Third, we want you to have a great business and a great life. To achieve this goal, we’re building a library of resources dedicated to your self-care, and of course, how to improve your real estate business if you’re an agent, manager, or broker-owner.
