As you walk through each room of the house, make a list that divides the staging process into one of three categories:
- The first category is, “Necessary changes that you really must make.”
- The second category is, “You really ought to.”
- The third is “Desirable changes.”
This approach allows the sellers to focus on the priority items rather than getting derailed handling issues that are less important.
